In addition to the opportunity to zoom in on details, viewers are presented with three-dimensional animations of the main drawings, making the workings of the mechanisms easy to understand.

Interactive stations of the exhibition feature the Virtual Codex Atlanticus making it user-friendly through screens and videoprojections. Also a sneak preview of the exhibition includes the physical interpretation and reconstruction of the Multi-Cannon Gunship drawn on the first page of the Codex Atlanticus. In addition to the physical model, this machine has dedicated interactive stations.
